Who Attends CBG Live?
CBG Live is exclusively for childcare business owners, directors, and senior team members at independent centres. This includes single-site owners, multi-site operators (up to around 15 centers), preschools, holiday programs, and before/after-school programs. If you run a physical centre or are seeking expansion opportunities, this event is built for you.
Should I bring members of my team?
Yes — and we strongly encourage it. Directors and senior team members get enormous value from being in the room, and it makes everything easier to implement when you get home. Done For You clients receive 1 extra complimentary ticket per location. Additional team tickets are available at standard rates during registration.

Hotel and parking?
Once registered, you'll receive a dedicated link to book your stay at an exclusive discounted rate. Valet parking is available on-site (0–2 hours: $15 + tax · 2+ hours: $38 + tax). Self-parking is not available.
Should I attend the extra Roadmap day on the Wednesday?
Yes. If you're looking to scale your business, this is a day you wont' want to miss. Who it’s for: Owners/directors who haven’t locked in all the fundamentals yet (offer & pricing, inquiry→tour→enroll pipeline, follow-up, onboarding/SOPs, simple KPI dashboard) and want a practical plan you can execute now. This is only an additional $97 for the day.
What if I can't make both days?
Come anyway — day one alone will be worth the trip. But our strongest advice: block both days. The second day is where the strategy work and decisions really land, and the evening between the two days is where some of the best conversations happen.
